German Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is on the lookout for a proactive German Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative! In this role, you will be integral to providing top-notch customer service to our German-speaking clientele, helping to ensure their shopping experience in our marketplace is seamless and satisfying.

As a German Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative, you will engage directly with customers, responding to inquiries, assisting with orders, and effectively resolving any issues. Your fluency in German and commitment to outstanding service will significantly contribute to our team's success.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their questions related to products, orders, and returns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to identify service improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep abreast of product knowledge and service protocols.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
