Your Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide support to German-speaking customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with order queries, product information, and resolution of issues.
• Document interactions and feedback to enhance the quality of service.
• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve overall customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and customer best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail.
