Your primary responsibilities will include managing inquiries, providing solutions to guest issues, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you are fluent in German and possess a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an added advantage. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
• Genuine interest in enhancing guests' experiences in the hospitality sector.
