Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional helpdesk support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve inquiries with a customer-first mindset.
• Educate customers on our products to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
• Document user interactions to contribute to service enhancements.
• Collaborate with a friendly team to create an efficient support experience.
• Stay updated on product developments and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Problem-solving abilities paired with a tech-savvy approach.
• Experience in helpdesk or customer support will be advantageous.
• A knack for collaborating well with team members while working independently.
