In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them navigate their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-tier support. Your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems will play a key role in enhancing our clients’ experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality helpdesk support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Educate customers on product features and usage to help maximize their experience.
• Document all interactions with clients accurately for future reference and improvement of services.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on the latest product and technical information.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required. Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your application.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles is highly desirable.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
