Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate in-game chat for German-speaking players to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain community standards by addressing inappropriate behavior and content.
• Engage with players to encourage positive interactions and build a strong community spirit.
• Provide valuable feedback and insights to help enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with fellow moderators and game developers to strengthen community guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A genuine passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities.
• Prior experience in moderation or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
