In this role, you will assist our German-speaking clients in exploring and booking our array of entertainment services. Your dedication to providing excellent customer care will help ensure that clients find exactly what they’re looking for and enjoy a smooth, enjoyable process.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients regarding our entertainment options.
• Guide clients in selecting and arranging the ideal entertainment services to meet their needs.
• Effectively address inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain timely and clear communication throughout the client journey.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on current entertainment trends to provide knowledgeable suggestions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong enthusiasm for entertainment and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar position is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Able to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
