German Speaking Email Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment by Cyriel is excited to offer an opportunity for a German Speaking Email Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our German-speaking clients.

In this role, you will primarily manage email correspondence with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your commitment to customer service excellence will be pivotal in helping us maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email inquiries from German-speaking customers promptly and professionally.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to assist in improving service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service processes.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on product knowledge and support practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent written communication skills focused on customer engagement and clarity.
• Previous experience in customer service or email support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
