Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive e-commerce support to German-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communication.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online orders, payments, and product queries.
• Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to facilitate service improvements.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
