This position is tailored for candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance in the logistics sector. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and support for our German-speaking clients, while enjoying the beautiful background of Greece.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer and technical support to German-speaking clients regarding logistics operations and services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to logistics software and systems.
• Assist customers in navigating our logistics solutions and facilitate their inquiries.
• Document and track customer interactions and solutions in our support system.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to enhance service delivery and optimize processes.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on logistics tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Strong technical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in logistics.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
