Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers regarding streaming TV and movie services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, account management, content availability, and technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and deliver timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for future service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and facilitate resolutions.
  • Stay informed about new content releases, platform features, and technical updates to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Foster a positive community of users by encouraging feedback and facilitating communication.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the entertainment or streaming sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and technology is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
