Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding music and podcast services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, features, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service level goals.
• Engage in continuous learning about music industry trends and product updates to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong passion for music and podcasts, with a keen understanding of industry trends.
• Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
