Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.

• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to remain knowledgeable about our products.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the home appliances sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
