Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery services, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
