Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims.
• Assist customers with inquiries about policy details, coverage options, and claims procedures.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and ensure a seamless claims experience.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and other internal teams to expedite claims processing.
• Stay informed about insurance regulations, policies, and company updates to provide accurate support.
• Promote a positive customer experience and foster trust and loyalty among clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the insurance or automotive sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
• Ability to handle complex inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance products and claims processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
