Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding banking products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and financial services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Stay informed on banking regulations, products, and services to provide up-to-date information.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and service improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive customer information confidentially and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a diverse workload.
