Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service support to German-speaking clients regarding Tobacco products through various communication channels.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to familiarize yourself with product offerings and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail or tobacco, is advantageous.
