Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
