Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding sports equipment inquiries.
• Provide information, resolve complaints, and assist customers with purchases efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer feedback and interactions to improve services.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve departmental goals.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
