Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communications channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to assist in improving services.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products, services, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
