Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to health products.
• Maintain a professional and caring demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to help improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in health products, is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
