Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding airline reservations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to facilitate effective problem resolution.
• Participate in training to stay updated on airline policies, products, and best customer service practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage.
