In this role, you will be the key contact for our German-speaking clients in the banking industry, providing them with exceptional support and service. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist clients with questions regarding their accounts, banking services, and other financial products.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the bank’s offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Accurately log customer interactions and actions in the system for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with peers to enhance customer service practices and improve client satisfaction.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to grow your expertise in banking.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience in customer service or a banking environment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high service standards.
• A team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
