In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each interaction is positive and memorable. Your commitment to customer happiness will play a vital role in enhancing our brand's reputation and customer loyalty.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels.
• Manage inquiries and address concerns swiftly to ensure a delightful customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and provide insights for service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is a bonus. Please make sure to clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a keen desire to assist customers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
