German Speaking Customer Care for Artificial Intelligence Department in Greece

In your role, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries related to our AI products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience as they navigate our innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
• Respond to inquiries regarding AI products, services, and technical support
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately and keep detailed records
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies and product offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to develop expertise in AI products and customer care practices

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Interest in artificial intelligence and technology is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with customer service software
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving industry
