Requirements

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus.
