Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to our German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to our SaaS and cloud computing products, offering solutions and guidance.
• Assist clients in navigating our platform and utilizing its features to meet their business needs.
• Document support interactions and maintain thorough records to ensure follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
• Work closely with the product and technical teams to escalate complex issues and enhance our service offerings.
• Contribute to the development of support materials and resources to empower clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support, preferably within SaaS or cloud computing environments.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and a strong technical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive customer-oriented approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
