Your Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients through effective communication and support.
• Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for service enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training and development to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive client-centric approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
