Requirements

• Fluency in German is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Ability to provide effective solutions and support for customer inquiries.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
