What you'll do

• Direct assistance of the finance function in Germany in terms of the overall accounting process

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for the German broker

• Responsible for the Accounts Payable function, including receipt and booking of invoices, oversight of accounts payable, coordination with Group finance professionals, etc.

• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, regulators and other counterparties

• Participation in the transfer pricing arrangements between the entities within the Group

• Working directly for and closely supporting the German subsidiary

What you need to have

• 3 -4 years of previous experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Audit

• Experience in financial reporting and month-end process

• Good presentation skills (written & oral)

• Ability to interpret new and complex data

• Very good analytical skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• English fluency

• German speaking (professional working proficiency)

• Previous work experience for a German entity operating under HGB is considered an advantage

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and participate in various projects involving multiple people with various backgrounds
