We’re growing and hiring German + English-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join several dedicated support teams, each servicing a different tech-driven platform in industries like sustainable energy, fintech & digital investing, and smart parking solutions.
Whether you’re passionate about green technology, crypto investing or mobility services, you’ll join a focused team that values quality support, continuous learning, and real connection with users.
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver thoughtful, user-friendly support via email, chat, and phone, depending on the platform
Assist German-and English-speaking users with everything from billing to troubleshooting, account access, or platform navigation
Build deep platform knowledge and contribute to FAQ updates or internal documentation as needed
Maintain accurate, helpful records in support systems and flag recurring issues to product or operations teams
Be part of a dedicated project team, focused on providing excellent support within a clearly defined scope
What Makes You a Fantastic Fit
Fluent in German (native or near-native level) with a solid English knowledge (B1 or higher), written and spoken
Based in Croatia, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina
Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new digital platforms
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Empathetic communicator able to put themselves in other’s shoes and communicate with ease
Customer service experience is desirable, but not mandatory
