Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B inbound requests in German, building strong relationships with potential partners.
- Understand client needs and promote relevant services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate actively in sales training (conducted in English) and ongoing coaching sessions.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and performance targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2) – written and verbal.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work office-based in Athens.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Working Hours
- Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00 (German time zone)
- Rotational shifts
