Supervise Resource Definition drilling and manage a grade control system to ensure quality ore production and efficient decision-making within mining operations.
OceanaGold is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Geologist - Mine Geology, maintain a grade control system which ensures quality of ore production is obtained as well as the quality and quantity of the ore delivered to the mill. This role will supervise Resource Definition drilling, as well as other sampling and mapping campaigns, to better understand and consequently communicate results to the Mining Tech Services, Mining Management and Process and Surface Operation Teams to effectively inform said teams to make timely and efficient decisions.
