Generative AI Trainer/Coach

The Job: 

Training Design & Delivery

• Develop and deliver training sessions on GenAI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney).
• Customise learning pathways for business functions (e.g. marketing, design, operations).
• Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.

Curriculum Development

• Design structured training content, including case studies, exercises, and assessments.
• Keep content updated with latest GenAI tools, practices, and regulatory considerations.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs.
• Gather feedback and adjust programmes for relevance and effectiveness.

Coaching & Enablement

• Provide individual and group coaching on applied GenAI use.
• Support adoption through practical examples and productivity hacks.

Requirements

The Person: 

• 2-4 years’ experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI tools, automation frameworks).
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience designing learning materials, e-learning platforms, or blended learning.
• Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.
• Based in Singapore 🇸🇬 – We’re looking for talent who understands the local market to join our team!
