They’re looking for a highly-skilled and reliable General Virtual Assistant to support a growing business. This is not an entry-level VA role. They need someone with sound, relevant experience, proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and able to take ownership of tasks/projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Email and calendar management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries)
  • Conduct research, collate and summarize findings
  • Post on social media and manage DMs/comments (no creative work required)
  • Support operations and help build internal systems
  • Create surveys and other internal or marketing deliverables

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through and personal accountability
  • Skilled in using modern tech tools and AI (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
  • Able to think independently and solve problems proactively
  • Alignment with Catholic values or experience supporting faith-based or mission-driven organizations is considered a huge plus.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
