 Schedule: Full-Time | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual General Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin (required) and Cantonese (highly preferred). The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting legal or professional services environments and is capable of managing documentation, communications, and administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative language support in Mandarin (Cantonese is a strong plus) Manage and send reminders and follow-ups Run trust reports and assist with documentation tracking Take meeting minutes accurately and professionally Handle and organize legal and administrative documents with extreme attention to detail Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Support occasional coordination and communication tasks Required Qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); Cantonese preferred Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately Prior experience in legal, professional services, or similar white-glove environments (highly preferred) Comfortable handling emails independently and professionally Experience working with multiple companies or clients (not limited to only one employer) Highly organized, reliable, and proactive Nice-to-Have Skills: Background or exposure to Marketing, Operations, or Accounting Familiarity with legal case management systems (training will be provided for firm-specific tools) Tools & Platforms: MyCase (training provided) RingCentral Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay SALARY PACKAGE: PHP50,000
