So now we are looking for a QA Engineer with strong automation skills and performance testing experience who will help us ensure system stability, improve test coverage, and validate our platform under high-load conditions.
This role is ideal for someone who is primarily an automation engineer (Java-based) but also has hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Gatling and wants to grow in this direction.
🎯 Your Impact
Build and maintain automated test coverage for core system functionality
Develop and execute performance and load tests (focus on real-life scenarios)
Ensure system stability under high-load and enterprise-scale data volumes
Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them
Contribute to improving QA processes and test infrastructure
Balance automation, performance, and occasional manual testing when needed
🧰 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Set up performance testing (using Gatling) and run it regularly to monitor system stability and ensure nothing degrades over time
Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements
The main day-to-day focus will be manual testing tasks, depending on current team priorities and backlog. In parallel, contribute to automation (Java, Selenium, JUnit, Rest Assured) whenever possible. When manual workload decreases, shift more focus to automation development and scaling test coverage
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams
Work with tools like Jenkins, Zephyr, Slack, Bitbucket, APIs (Google API, Microsoft Graph API)

Must-have Experience
Strong experience with Java (for test automation)
Hands-on experience with Selenium
Experience with Gatling (performance testing)
Experience with Claude or AI tools in QA workflows
Experience with JUnit, Gradle, Rest Assured
Experience working with APIs
Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar)
Nice-to-have
Experience with Selenium Grid
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Experience with monitoring tools
