With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we are looking for a General Operations & IT Support Staff to help support the overall team needs. You will be responsible for supporting general operations and IT trouble shooting.

 

To be successful as a General Operations & IT Support Staff, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. Top candidates will also have an amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service. This role requires you to work from the local office in Hyderabad 4 days a week.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day company operations by processing requests through helpdesk (general operations, procurement, and technical support)
  • Onboarding: Scheduling and conducting new hire orientation, laptop assignment and configuration, and profile set ups
  • Offboarding: Hardware retrieval, reconfigurations and inventory management, and profile deactivations
  • Installing new software and hardware components.
  • Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  • Conducting annual training in network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Administration tasks as needed
  • Must work from local Hyderabad office 4 days a week.


Requirements 

Experience, Skills, and Characteristics

  • Minimum of 5 years work related experience
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
  • Experience with NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Box, Slack, LogMeIn Resolve and Microsoft O365 Administration.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
  • Personable, professional demeanor.
