Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office)

If you're a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, you'll play a critical role in shaping a culture where our team members can thrive.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a unique opportunity to lead a function that directly impacts the lives of people who care for animals. We are seeking a leader with exceptional execution skills who can not only design great strategies but also bring them to life. You'll be a trusted advisor on all things employee relations (ER), and your expertise in remuneration will ensure our people are fairly and competitively rewarded for their hard work.
Your work will ensure our clinics and support offices are not just places of work, but places of growth, collaboration, and shared purpose.
