General Manager (Multiple Fast Food/Pque and QC area) - #34800

The Manager will be assigned to the designated store in the Paranaque area and SM Fairview and Gateway (QC) plus succeeding stores to be opened in the future. Store visits atleast 3x a week.

• Key responsibilities will be managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining food/service quality, and achieving sales goals, handling scheduling, training, inventory, customer relations and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with the management, providing regular updates on operations, financial performance, and risks.
• Escalate operational issues proactively and recommend solutions.

Financial Oversight

• Own and oversee full P&L performance across all managed stores.
• Monitor sales, costs, margins, and key financial metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Oversee store-level financial reporting, cash handling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through operational efficiencies and cost management.

Marketing & Promotions

• Conceptualize and propose local marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CEO to review and refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

• College graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with proven managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience managing or overseeing multiple branches or locations is preferred
• Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets effectively
• Experience working in franchise operations is an advantage, but not required

Location: Paranaque area and SM Fairview and Gateway (QC) Store visits atleast 3x a week.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required to work beyond standard hours when needed, with the understanding that the workday may end earlier once deliverables are completed.
