To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • A recognised qualification (or progress toward) in Finance, Business, or Management.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in strategic, operational, and financial leadership roles.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of managing complex contracts and budgets.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change and driving continuous improvement.
  • Deep understanding of facilities management practices and operational delivery.
  • A commitment to te ao Maaori and demonstrated cultural competency, with knowledge of Te Reo me oona Tikanga a strong advantage.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trust, engage stakeholders, and represent POU with integrity and professionalism.
