Aufbau und Pflege eines initialen Kundenstamms.
Entwicklung und Verwaltung des Businessplans für Deutschland, einschließlich Budget, Umsatzielen und operativen KPIs.
Erstellung und Implementierung lokalisierter Marketing- und Vertriebsstrategien.
Berichterstattung über Marktperformance und Opportunitäten an die globale Unternehmensleitung.
Aufbau zentraler Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Partnern, Kunden und Stakeholdern im deutschen Markt.
Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber deutschen Regierungsvertretern, Branchenverbänden und Business-Netzwerken.
Sicherstellung der Compliance mit allen deutschen Bundes- und Landesvorschriften – in Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung.
Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben nach Bedarf, um Dandy Deutschland erfolgreich zu etablieren.
Mindestens 7 Jahre einschlägige Führungserfahrung.
Unternehmerische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu agieren.
Belastbarkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Unklarheiten und Veränderungen.
Ergebnisorientiert mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
Nachgewiesene Erfolge bei der Markteinführung oder Skalierung von Geschäftsbereichen.
Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Geschäftsmodelle und operativen Abläufe von Dandy (End-to-End).
Verständnis des deutschen Geschäftsumfelds, der Marktdynamik und der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen.
Hervorragende Führungs-, Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
Strategisches Denken mit außergewöhnlichen Problemlösungskompetenzen.
Erfahrung in den Bereichen Business Development, Vertriebsleitung und P&L-Management (Gewinn- und Verlustverantwortung).
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich.
Ein starkes Netzwerk an Geschäftskontakten in Deutschland.
Ansässig in Berlin, mit regelmäßigen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands und gelegentlich zu anderen Dandy-Standorten.
