General Maintenance Tech

• Performs preventive maintenance schedule and completes maintenance work orders. 
• Repairs and solves maintenance problems, including items such as changing out electrical fixtures, installing ceiling tiles, cleaning fan coil units, repairing/replacing toilets, and installing and troubleshooting residential appliances.
• Performs minor troubleshooting of dietary equipment and plumbing repairs. Completes boiler checks and reporting procedures. Accurately reads basic drawings and blueprints.
• Assists with Waste Removal Collection & Disposal
• Performs Security rounds and checks.  Communicates concerns and needs to appropriate management.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-Time Position
• Hours:3 Weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun) + 2 Weekdays (Flexible Mon-Thu), Second shift 3-11p
• Pay: $16.00-17.50/hour

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 
• Valid driver's license
• General Maintenance knowledge
