  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and tax advisors to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supporting U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance processes and coordinating with external tax advisors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation in financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with the Americas and European GL Teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in accounting practices.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of US GAAP experience.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred.
  • Experience supporting tax filings or statutory audits in the US is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
