General Healthcare Practitioner – AI Trainer

Are you a general healthcare practitioner who wants to apply your clinical expertise in a new way?

Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your clinical practice or other professional commitments?

We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to improve large AI systems.

Your role is practical and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI generated responses related to general medical and primary care topics

• Evaluate outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety and alignment with real world practice

• Draft realistic clinical scenarios such as differential diagnosis cases, treatment planning decisions, triage assessments or chronic disease management situations

• Create variations of the same case from different perspectives such as general practitioner, specialist, patient or healthcare administrator

• Identify gaps in clinical reasoning, unsafe recommendations or oversimplified medical guidance

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects sound clinical reasoning, evidence based practice and patient centred care.

This is not direct patient care. Instead of treating individual patients, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about healthcare scenarios at scale.

Your input directly improves how AI performs on medical and clinical reasoning topics.

Who this is for

You are:

• A licensed general practitioner, family physician or primary care doctor

• Based in the EU or UK

• With several years of post qualification clinical experience

• Experienced in diagnosing and managing a broad range of common acute and chronic conditions

• Comfortable identifying unsafe advice, incomplete differential diagnoses and weak clinical reasoning

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible.
It works well alongside your clinical schedule.
