The Role:
First Connect is seeking a General Counsel, who will provide hands-on legal services, advice, guidance, and counsel to First Connect. As a licensed insurance agent and aggregator, First Connect has a significant operational and technological advantage over competitors. This role will partner with multiple leaders across the organization—including the CEO, CFO, VP of Carrier Relations, Director of Sales, Director of Agency Marketing Operations, and Human Resources—and serve as a strategic leader and a key decision-maker across legal, compliance, and risk matters.
You’ll bring a business-oriented legal mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-moving, high-growth environment while building out legal infrastructure to scale.

The base pay range for this role is $300,000 – $350,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, location, business needs, and market demands.
