General Assistant - Airline Catering - Crawley

• Shift Pattern: 5-on / 3-off
• Shift timing: From 04:00am to 23:00pm - 8 to 12 hour shifts.

Key Duties:

As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring airline catering and equipment are prepared and dispatched in line with flight schedules. You may be assigned to one of the following departments:

• Cold Kitchen – Prepare and plate in-flight meals to pre-set menus for Economy through to First-Class passengers
• Production – Handle, package, and prepare food products to meet high safety and quality standards
• Equipment – Assemble and package key catering and service items for airline use
• Wash Function – Clean and maintain reusable airline equipment, ready for turnaround

You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment and supporting operational needs as required.

• Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card

• 5 Year Work Reference History
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
