Location: Playa Vista, California (in-person, five days per week) 

Outpost is pioneering Earth return logistics for space. We're building vehicles that can return payloads from orbit safely and precisely—enabling faster space-based manufacturing, global delivery, and entirely new capabilities in the space economy. Our spacecraft is already backed by the U.S. government with multiple missions ahead. We’re a mission-focused team, building with urgency, grit, and care for the work we do and the people we do it with. 

The Role 

Use your imagination, the space is infinite with possibilities, you’ll work at a place where we exist to accelerate the transition of industry off Earth. In the near term, that means building the return lane from space and making it so useful that we have created various forms of use cases for what we are building here for our customers. Be part of a space start-up, owning the processes and tooling that enable rapid, reliable hardware development. We are looking for passionate, highly-driven people who thrive in a build-heavy environment and can move seamlessly between execution, growth, and focus. We are not another rocket company.
