What You Can Expect From the Role

  • Maintain and update organizational records and filing systems (both digital and physical) to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Draft, prepare, and format correspondence, reports, forms, and various administrative documents.
  • Support the processing, tracking, and coordination of external applications, permits, or required documentation.
  • Organize meetings and appointments while maintaining precise calendars, schedules, and activity logs.
  • Address general inquiries regarding administrative procedures, organizational processes, and office operations.
  • Monitor, update, and verify data accuracy within internal systems, databases, and information management tools.
  • Oversee calendar management and assist with logistical coordination across teams.
  • Manage administrative, financial, and operational tasks by gathering, organizing, and providing relevant information.
  • Support reporting functions through data collection, recordkeeping, and basic data analysis.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination-focused role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with office software, information management systems, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
