Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Rechnungsstellung und Forderungsmanagement
Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
Pflege und Abstimmung des Hauptbuchs
Bearbeitung operativer Steuersachverhalte (z. B. Umsatzsteuer, Meldungen, Auswertungen)
Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern (z. B. Steuerberatung)

Du hast

ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
bereits mind. 2 Jahre entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Accounting gearbeitet (im Idealfall hast du eine Idee, wie produzierende Unternehmen funktionieren)
eine entsprechende Weiterbildung (z.B. Steuerfachwirt:in, Bilanzbuchhalter:in) ist ein Plus
sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel)
bereits Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen und Buchhaltungssoftware (vorzugsweise Microsoft Business Central)
sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
